Job summary

Akumin Inc. is seeking a part-time PET/CT Technologist for our Olympia mobile team. The role involves traveling to support partner sites, including Federal Way, delivering high-quality PET/CT imaging with patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will hold NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification, a state license, CPR, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred AS degree or related experience in Nuclear Medicine. Flexible scheduling and patient-focused service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience required.
• Certification in Nuclear Medicine by NMTCB or ARRT (N) required.
• State license as required; CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work at multiple locations and provide strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and radiation safety compliance, including documentation.
• Produce high quality diagnostic PET/CT images.
• Explain procedures to patients and communicate with radiologists.
• Train new technologists and/or PC staff.
• Troubleshoot scanners, mobile coach, and peripheral equipment.
