Job summary

GYMGUYZ delivers fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations, offering in-home and on-site training with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities. Trainers work with clients who want freedom, autonomy, and a mobile training model free from gym constraints.

Competitive pay ($30–$35/hr) plus performance bonuses and ongoing development, with a clear path to Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Familiarity with mobile/web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions
• Strong communication, professionalism and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and uphold DRIVE values.
