GYMGUYZ is seeking fitness professionals to deliver dynamic in-home and on-site training across homes, offices, and organizations. No gym walls, no quotas—just you, your skills, and clients who want your coaching.

Earn $30-$40 per hour plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities. Flexible scheduling supports part-time to full-time work, onboarding and ongoing development, and a nationwide support network to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification is required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Experience using mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Manage scheduling efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
