GYMGUYZ delivers in-home and on-site personal training, bringing fitness directly to clients' homes, offices, and workplaces. No rent or sales quotas—just your skills meeting clients who want your coaching.

Open to female trainers and others, with flexible part-time to full-time options and growth paths into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Competitive pay and performance bonuses are available, plus ongoing onboarding and development.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values in every session
