Job summary

GYMGUYZ trains clients where they are—homes, offices, and organizations—delivering convenient mobile fitness without gym visits. You’ll work with clients on personalized plans, track progress, and use our app to manage workouts and notes.

You’ll join a nationwide network with strong growth potential and leadership paths. Compensation ranges from $28 to $35 per hour, with performance bonuses and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified is required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Experience with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and client notes is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team and uphold DRIVE values
