Job summary

GYMGUYZ brings fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations with mobile personal training. You’ll train clients on their terms, with no rent or walk-in quotas, enabling flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

We offer compensation in the $25.00–$30.00 per hour range with performance bonuses and ongoing development, plus a career path toward Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must have a nationally recognized personal training certification.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sessions.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate with clients.
