Job summary

Mays Plus is hiring a Mobile PCA to provide in-home support for elderly and disabled clients. You will drive your own vehicle and receive mileage reimbursement, with flexible part-time hours and local assignments.

No experience or certification is required, but you must be 18+ and able to pass OSBI screening. CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial, not mandatory, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No experience or certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age and pass OSBI screening.
• CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial, but not required.
• Demonstrates a mature and caring attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly and disabled clients with light housekeeping, errands, bathing, personal care, and meal prep.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered support in the client's home.
• Work as part of a care team to meet daily living needs.
