Job summary

Mays Plus is seeking a PCA to assist the elderly and individuals with disabilities with daily tasks at home. You will help with light housekeeping, errands, bathing, personal care, and meal preparation to support independence.

We train the right applicant. The role requires empathy, teamwork, clear communication, OSBI screening, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial but not required. AFLAC benefits and health plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Mature and caring attitude.
• Team player; follows verbal and written instructions.
• Good communication with client and team members.
• Must pass OSBI screening; have a telephone, dependable transportation, valid driver's license and liability insurance.
• CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light housekeeping and errands.

• Support clients to stay in their home as long as services are needed.
