Job summary

Mays Plus is hiring a part-time PCA to support elderly and disabled clients in the Ardmore area. The role involves light housekeeping, errands, personal care, meal prep and related tasks, with on-site responsibilities at client homes.

No prior experience or certification is required, and we will train the right applicant. CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial but not mandatory. OSBI screening and valid driver’s license are required or recommended.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a mature and caring attitude.
• Works as a team member and accepts verbal and written instructions.
• Communicates well with client and team members.
• Must pass OSBI screening, have a telephone, dependable transportation, a valid driver's license and liability insurance.
• CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial, but not required.
• We will train the right applicant.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly and disabled with light housekeeping, running errands, bathing, personal care, meal prep, etc.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home setting.
