Job summary

The role relies on lived experience to inspire hope and involves collaboration with mental and physical health providers, police, schools, and social services to ensure optimal client care. Based in NE Portland with local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate mobile response to individuals in mental health crises.
• Offer mobile support to individuals and families with emotional/developmental/health challenges.
• Share lived experience to inspire hope and model positive outcomes.
• Assist in developing and implementing crisis and safety plans.
• Help access local housing, benefits, education, and health resources.
• Prepare clients for treatment team planning and meetings.
