Job summary

Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist/Assistant for a mobile, home- and school-based role in Palm Beach County. This 1099 independent contractor position offers flexible hours and the ability to tailor your caseload by traveling between clients’ homes and schools.

You will provide evaluations and therapy, develop individualized plans, collaborate with families and educators, and keep thorough documentation while practicing neurodiversity-affirming

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent required.
• ASHA certification and Florida state licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred.
• Demonstrate understanding of neurodiversity-affirming practices.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech-language assessments and therapy in homes and schools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals for cohesive care.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric SLP and neurodiversity-affirming care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
