Job summary

BC Tech Pro partners with techs nationwide to provide on-site hardware warranty services. This 1099/per-call position focuses on hardware repairs and installations for laptops and desktops, with required prior hardware experience.

Daily local travel is expected, and technicians will pick up parts from carrier stores and log calls through the portal each morning. Training includes Dell and Lenovo certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience replacing components in laptops and desktops.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable with daily local travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.
• Work on-site at customer locations (residential and commercial).
• Coordinate with customers to confirm service times in the portal and log calls daily.
