Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Mobile Patrol in Woodbridge, VA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a busy retail/mall location, maintain a visible presence, assist shoppers and staff, and document activity with professionalism. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Position is full-time with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. Responsibilities include responding to incidents, patrolling interior and exterior areas, and reporting conditions to site leadership.

Qualifications

• Background checks required by federal, state and local laws.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail/mall location following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and report to site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols to deter policy violations.
• Monitor access points and communicate with mall management or responders as escalation is needed.
• Complete security-related reports and logs per post orders.
