DOCS Health is seeking an independent contractor Physician Assistant to support military health readiness. The role focuses on weekend work with some weekday coverage in Tennessee, serving US Army Reserve, National Guard, and other reserve components.

Responsibilities include health assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting readiness classifications. Travel to diverse military installations is required, with potential for extended hours and remote sites.

Qualifikationen

• Active PA license in the applicable state.
• CPR/BLS certification required or current.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to travel and work weekends, with potential for multiple locations.

Aufgaben

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record using a proprietary system.
