Ohel Children's Home and Family Services in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Mobile Outreach Team (MOT) Supervisor to lead a dedicated team providing in-home mental health assessments, short-term case management, and crisis intervention.

You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate trainings, and ensure high-quality service delivery while building strong links to hospitals, schools, and community partners. This full-time role is based in Brooklyn and requires crisis intervention expertise.

Qualifications

This is an opportunity to lead staff, support families during mental health crises, and strengthen connections to ongoing care and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff
• Oversee EHR documentation, service deliverables, and team communications
• Lead weekly team meetings and coordinate ongoing staff training
• Review and update policies and procedures
• Build strong partnerships with hospitals, EMS, schools, community organizations, clergy, and healthcare providers
• Provide direct clinical services, including assessments and crisis intervention
• Coordinate visits and connect individuals and families with appropriate ongoing services
• Develop treatment and discharge plans that promote stability and continuity of care

Qualifications

• LCSW, PhD, or PsyD required
• Prior supervisory and crisis intervention experience
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and effective in high-pressure situations
• Valid NY or NJ driver’s license required, own car preferred
