Ohel Children's Home and Family Services in New York, NY seeks a clinician to start your clinical career with real mentorship on our Mobile Outreach Team. You’ll conduct in-home assessments and receive weekly supervision while building hours toward independent licensure.

You’ll join a supportive team that reviews cases together and provides a clear path to licensure hours from day one, handling a range of crises with families and individuals across NYC.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC licensure in NY.
• Valid NY/NJ driver's license (own car preferred).
• Willingness to travel within NYC, some evenings as needed.
• Strong clinical writing skills; experience with kids/families a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Salary Range: $63,000 – $65,000/year

Looking for your first clinical role after licensure as a LMSW, LCSW or LMHC?

Ohel's Mobile Outreach Team goes into homes across NYC to meet children, adolescents, adults, and families in crisis right where they are. You'll assess, stabilize, and connect people to the care they need, and you won't be doing it alone. You'll have a senior clinician checking in on your cases every week, a team that actually talks through hard situations together, and a clear path toward your independent licensure hours. Most new clinicians don't see this range of cases, or this much support, until years into their career. You'll get both from day one.

What You'll Do
