You will provide rehabilitative services to residents of our Assisted Living unit, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, applying evidence-based practices and hands-on techniques to support recovery.

Requirements include a Physical Therapist Assistant license; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and device use under supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and other care providers.
