Job summary

Flagship Therapy seeks a Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide in-home Medicare Part B therapy in Leawood, KS. Enjoy 1:1 care, long session times, and a flexible, independent field role with a path toward full-time.

• SNF experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled therapy (therapeutic exercises, gait training, etc.).
• Track progress, adjust treatment, and document in NetHealth.
• Collaborate with care team and educate patients/caregivers.
