Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients' residence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to patient care and meetings under therapist direction.
• Adhere to treatment schedule and documentation requirements.
• Work with rehabilitation team for program implementation.
• Assist Physical Therapist in evaluations and tests.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in treatment techniques.
• Maintain documentation for all patients treated.
• Clean and report equipment repairs as necessary.
