Job summary

Suru Network is seeking licensed PTs or OTs to join as independent contractors providing home-based therapy in California. Clinicians can build a mobile caseload with longer treatment relationships and flexible scheduling.

Referrals are optional, with payments made weekly by direct deposit and the opportunity to earn thousands extra per month depending on caseload and visits completed.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license (PT or OT) is required.
• Must hold a valid California license and a local business license.
• Independent contractor status with 1099 arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical or occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Coordinate care with Suru care team and plan longer treatment episodes.
• Accept or decline cases based on availability and area.
