Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Part-Time Mobile Optometrist to cover Austin, TX. The role offers $100k+ per year potential with a $6,000 sign-on bonus for part-time providers, and flexible scheduling across nursing homes and long-term care facilities.

You will conduct comprehensive exams, perform vision testing, and deliver patient-centered care with documentation in our EMR system. Daily travel and independent practice are expected.

Qualifications

• OD qualification with licensure in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive optometry exams for residents in mobile setting.
• Perform vision testing and prescribe spectacles as needed.
• Complete patient and clinical documentation in EMR.
• Apply proper coding and billing for services.
