Vision To Learn seeks a licensed optometrist to join our Maryland mobile clinic on a part-time (W-2) basis in Baltimore. You will perform eye exams and help provide glasses to students in underserved communities, contributing to improved learning outcomes.

Compensation is $90/hr with benefits plus a sign-on bonus; no nights or weekends and a flexible schedule. Travel across the greater Baltimore area is required, and a DOJ background check and drug test are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Maryland Optometry License required.
• Mobile clinic—must be able to commute throughout the greater Baltimore area.
• Must pass Department of Justice background check (LiveScan) and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Provide vision evaluations: perform eye exams, assess ocular health, and determine refraction.
• Prescribe vision devices and educate patients on proper use.
• Document patient diagnoses and treatment in internal systems.
