Qualifications

• Experience managing large, technical projects in fast-paced settings.
• MDM migrations and operating system upgrades experience.
• Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management of ~50,000 mobile devices
• Plan and execute mobile technology projects (MDM migrations, OS upgrades)
• Interface with stakeholders and deliver regular reporting
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
• Track budgets, review expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with security policies and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
