Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Strong knowledge of physiology and occupational health principles.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s goals and capabilities.
Provide direct patient care through therapeutic activities designed to improve daily living skills and overall functionality.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Educate patients and their families about treatment options, progress, and strategies for ongoing support.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on observed outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with policies.
