Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in applicable state(s).
• Minimum of 5 years of licensed administrator experience in a SNF.
• Proven track record in regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and resident rights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at designated facilities during vacancies or transitions.
• Provide hands-on leadership to facility teams to ensure compliant daily operations.
• Oversee resident care, staffing, budget adherence, census growth, and performance.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to drive quality care outcomes and surveys.
• Identify deficiencies and implement action plans to stabilize performance.
• Mentor facility administrators and leaders, promoting accountability.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, policies and ethical standards.
• Partner with HR, Clinical, and Compliance to lead investigations and resolutions.
• Provide regular reports to regional leadership on status and progress.
• Travel extensively to locations within the footprint.
