Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in their area of specialty through assessment; evaluation; diagnosis; planning; and implementation.
• Provides care for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and care coordination.
• Performs responsibilities in clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development roles.
