Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to patients in the Volusia region, Florida. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision and care for a diverse panel with chronic conditions.

Responsibilities include performing exams, creating care plans, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and collaborating with our clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in home

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA with Florida license/certification.
• 1–2 years primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to home-based patients in Volusia, FL.
• Perform physical examinations, obtain histories, and plan care.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Order diagnostics and prescribe meds as needed.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
