Job summary

Join Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions as a Nurse Practitioner contractor serving military service members. The role focuses on weekend coverage with some weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program in Missouri, working across multiple installations.

You will review records, conduct health assessments, and document readiness classifications to support deployable readiness. Strong communication and mobility are essential.

Qualifications

Active NP license in the state and CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
Knowledge of military systems, protocols and terminology preferred.
Able to travel and work at remote military installations.
Not required to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications.

Responsibilities

Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record.
