Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions seeks independent contractor Nurse Practitioners to support military service members on weekends, with occasional weekday blocks under the RHRP in Missouri. You will perform health readiness assessments, review records, and document findings in our proprietary system while traveling to various installations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability to fast-paced settings, and collaboration with supervisory physicians where required.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Missouri.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in Primary/Urgent Care or Occupational Health.
• Willing to travel and work at remote military installations.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and large service member volumes.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns needing immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
