Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc is seeking independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections across Pennsylvania. No license or certifications required; prior experience is a plus but not necessary. You will manage your own schedule, travel locally, and work on occupied, vacant, and rural properties.

This 1099 contractor role covers PA counties based on location and availability. Expect home inspections, occupancy determination, photo documentation, and reporting via InspectorADE

Qualifications

• Validdriver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance to travel within your territory
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
• Laptop/desktop computer with internet access
• Printer and basic office supplies
• Ability to obtain a Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#)
• HUD/Inspector keys provided via GIS
• Voltstick
• Selfie stick
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant)
• Photograph and document property condition
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE)
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator
