Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies across West Virginia. No licenses required; prior inspection experience is a plus but not necessary.

You will work on a flexible schedule, with opportunities for part-time or full-time work, and weekly pay. The role involves on-the-road inspections, occupancy checks, and reporting via a mobile app.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle insured to travel within your territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) required.
• Computer with internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies.
• Ability to obtain Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#) for onboarding with GIS.
• HUD/InspectorKeys (link provided if onboarding with GIS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
