Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Physician Assistants to join as independent contractors delivering health readiness services to military service members under RHRP. Work will predominantly on weekends with occasional weekdays, across multiple locations including remote military installations.

You will review health histories, interview personnel, and support health assessments to classify readiness in their medical records using a proprietary system. A background check and E-Verify may be required.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends.
• Comfort working in mobile/remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Support health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and service member medical records.
• Interview personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health.
• Document interview results in medical records using a proprietary system.
