Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Physician Assistants to join as independent contractors serving U.S. military personnel under the Reserve Health Readiness Program.

The position primarily covers weekends, with occasional weekday shifts across multiple states and remote installations. You will review health histories and medical records, conduct health assessments, interview personnel, and document results in our proprietary system to support deployability classifications.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and skills

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using a proprietary system.
