Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Assessor in Houston, TX to perform rapid mental health evaluations in contracted emergency rooms and hospitals.

The Assessor evaluates risk, determines appropriate level of care, and triages to services, working with a team of professionals across UHS facilities. The role requires a nursing degree or a master’s in social work, psychology, counseling, or related behavioral health field, plus current Texas licensure (LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW or RN) and

Qualifications

• Degree/licensure as required (Texas).
• Current Texas license as LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW or RN.
• CPR certification if required by hospital.
• Valid driver’s license.
