Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Assessor to perform mental health assessments for contracted ERs and hospitals, triaging care levels based on risk factors. The role requires crisis intervention, counseling, and transfer documentation in a mobile, on-site setting.

The position operates nights, Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM, with responsibilities across multiple facilities and patient populations, including children and adults.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current licensure in state as LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW or RN.
• CPR certification may be required by customer hospital.
