Behavioral Health Connections in Houston, TX seeks a dynamic Mobile Assessor PRN to perform mental health assessments for contracted emergency rooms and hospitals. The role involves determining the appropriate level of care based on risk factors and triaging patients to services.

Qualifications include a nursing degree or MSW/psychology/counseling/behavioral health, Texas licensure (LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW/RN), CPR if required, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current Texas license (LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW/RN).
• Current CPR, if required by hospital.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Internship experience including individual/group/family therapy or counseling.
