Behavioral Health Connections, a division of Universal Health Services, Inc., in the Houston area, is seeking a Mobile Assessor for full-time evenings (M-F 3P-11:30P) serving Baytown area hospitals and ERs. You will assess and triage patients, determine level of care, and refer to appropriate services.

The role requires nursing or social work credentials, active state licensure (LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW/RN), CPR where required, and a valid driver's license. Mobile assessment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current license in state as LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, or RN.
• Current CPR if required by customer hospital.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis intervention.
• Perform mental health assessments.
• Counsel and refer to appropriate services.
• Prepare Memorandum of Transfer for clients.
