Job summary

360care is seeking a healthcare assistant to travel to assigned long-term care facilities and support audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health services. You will maintain EMR-based records, prep charts, manage supplies and equipment, and help coordinate patient flow during visits.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, timely end-of-visit reports, and collaboration with branch staff to optimize scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Own reliable transportation with valid car insurance.
• Two-step TB skin test completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Prepare chart prep on scheduled patients prior to each visit.
• Verify and maintain accurate clinical records through EMR.
• Maintain and clean medical equipment; ensure inventory and supplies.
• Balance and submit daily production reports to manager.
