Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to local group homes to perform mobile phlebotomy.
• Room patients, take vital signs, and assist with medical procedures.
• Oversee Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management programs.
• Manage incoming patient tasks and lab results.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure responsibilities are met.
