GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile personal trainers, delivering exceptional results for clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. You’ll design sessions, oversee success metrics, and help shape our training culture.

You’ll mentor other trainers, drive growth, and advocate our DRIVE values—Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence—across all interactions. Flexible schedule with leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with an accredited organization.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence — in every interaction.
