GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers delivering client results at homes, offices, and community spaces across the region. You will mentor newer trainers, conduct initial and reassessments, design sessions, and help drive client outcomes while supporting sales and local marketing efforts.

A certified trainer with CPR/AED, 3+ years of leadership, and a passion for coaching will thrive in a role that rewards performance, advancement, and a values-driven

Qualifications

• Must hold CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized cert.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
