You will mentor trainers, develop programs, and help grow the franchise while presenting a strong customer-focused brand.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and high-quality training delivery with flexible schedule and growth opportunities in a dynamic, expanding network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE) accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven client results and ability to mentor a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivation skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing, team-focused group.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Ensure utilization of GYMGUYZ software applications and brand compliance.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values in every interaction.
