Job summary

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead a team of trainers in the Huntsville and Decatur areas, mentoring staff and delivering high-quality training using our mobile fitness model. You will drive client results and help shape local fitness initiatives.

As a Master Trainer, you’ll oversee assessments, design sessions, manage client success metrics, and contribute to sales and local marketing, with ongoing development and advancement opportunities in a fast-growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized credential.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Proven leadership and team mentoring experience.
• Strong communication, organization and motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Ensure utilization of GYMGUYZ software applications and branding standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
