• Comfortable providing services in client homes and workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massage including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques.
• Conduct intake consultations and develop individualized session plans aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with our PT/OT clinical team for clients receiving concurrent rehabilitation services.
• Maintain proper draping, hygiene, and safety protocols per Michigan licensing standards.
• Educate clients on self-care strategies including stretching, hydration, and postural awareness.

• ELEVATE Therapy Services, LLC is a cash-based, concierge rehabilitation practice delivering PT, OT, SLP and wellness services directly to clients' homes, workplaces and gyms across Oakland and Macomb County, Michigan. One-on-one care with no insurance hassles, no productivity quotas, and no double-booking.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Service Area: Oakland & Macomb County, MI (Rochester, Rochester Hills, Troy, Shelby Twp, Macomb Twp, Sterling Heights, Clinton Twp, Bloomfield and surrounding areas)

• Delivery: In-home, workplace, and gym (mobile)

• Compensation: $55-$80 per hour, plus travel compensation

• License Required: Active Michigan Massage Therapist License (LMT) in good standing
