National Fleet Management Inc. seeks a Mobile Manager (Builder | Working Leader) to establish and lead a new mobile service operation across Eastern & Central Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Harrisburg, York, Reading, and surrounding markets.

You will recruit and coach diesel technicians, lead daily operations, drive profitability and customer satisfaction, and grow the team as the market expands. This hands-on leadership role rewards grit, accountability, and ownership.

Territory: Eastern & Central Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Harrisburg, York, Reading, West Chester, and surrounding markets)

$95,000–$125,000 Base Salary + Strong Performance-Based Bonus

National Fleet Management is one of the fastest-growing heavy-duty mobile fleet service companies in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. We currently operate 35+ mobile service trucks across nine states and continue to expand into new markets. Pennsylvania is our newest chapter, and we're looking for the right leader to help build it.

We're looking for someone with grit, accountability, and the leadership to create something exceptional.

This is a working leadership role. During the early stages of building the market, you\'ll lead operations while rolling up your sleeves and performing heavy-duty diesel repairs when business demands require it. As the region grows and your team expands, your role will naturally transition into leading people, developing future leaders, strengthening customer relationships, and driving operational excellence. This role supports customers throughout an assigned Pennsylvania territory, with travel across the Greater Philadelphia, South Central Pennsylvania, and surrounding markets.
