Job summary

RadNet in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Mobile Driver Patient Service Representative to join our Arizona Diagnostic Radiology team. This per-diem role will transport the mobile mammography coach to assigned locations, greet and register patients, and support both clinical and administrative tasks as needed.

You must have a valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma or GED, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transports Mobile Mammography Coach to locations within set timeframes.
• Performs basic vehicle maintenance checks and reports issues.
• Keeps the Mobile Mammography vehicle clean and organized.
• Escorts patients from facility to mobile unit, ensuring care and confidentiality.
• Performs administrative tasks including time reports, billing, and logs.
• Greets and registers patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Answers and transfers incoming phone calls.
• Enters accurate information in the system; handles documentation.
• Pre-registers and submits reports, inputs clinical data for appointments.
