Job summary

Hmixray in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Mobile Driver Patient Service Representative for a per-diem/PRN role. You will transport the Mobile Mammography Coach to assigned locations in Arizona and assist with greeting and registering patients.

You will perform vehicle maintenance, escort patients, handle administrative tasks, and ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and confidentiality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B or Class A driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to interact with doctors, staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Transports Mobile Mammography Coach to locations within established timeframes to ensure excellent customer service.
• Performs general vehicle maintenance checks and reports issues to supervisor for safe operation.
• Maintains interior of the Mobile Mammography vehicle.
• Escort patients from facility to mobile unit, ensuring care, comfort and safety.
• Handle administrative tasks such as time/activity reports, billing and logs.
