Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team on a permanent basis in the Warwickshire region. You will perform non-technical repairs and minor PPMs, and assist in planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical plant across a leading supermarket contract.

The role involves supporting other Technicians, completing PPMs on schedule, handling service calls from the Helpdesk, and ensuring tools and equipment are ready and safeguarded for

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance within a commercial/retail environment.
• City & Guilds/NVQ trade qualification preferred (Carpentry/Plumbing/Roofing).

Responsibilities

• Assist other technicians with maintenance work.
• Complete PPMs and reactive maintenance within timescales.
• Respond to Helpdesk service calls and assess repair needs.
• Prioritise minor maintenance within deadlines.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available and serviceable at all times.

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts. The role will involve carrying out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's. You will also assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various sites within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities – Mobile Maintenance Technician

• Assist other Technicians with any major or minor maintenance work.
• Complete all necessary PPM's and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and as required.
• Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary.
• Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.

Qualifications & Experience – Mobile Maintenance Technician

• City & Guilds / NVQ trade qualification (Carpentry / Plumbing / Roofing) – Preferrable.
• Previous experience in building maintenance within a commercial / retail environment.

• 40 hour week
• Travel time paid after half hour each way
• OT paid at 1.5x Mon - Fri / 2x Sat-Sun
