Advocate Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for its AMG clinics in Orland Park and Frankfort, IL. This 1st shift, full-time role requires travel to regional non-acute medical centers for maintenance duties and delivers complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and readings of blueprints.

The position includes responsibilities across building systems, patient care equipment, and general facilities maintenance, with emphasis on safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes; documents in CMMS.
• Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots mechanical equipment and patient care equipment with minimal guidance.
• Manages preventive maintenance and safety checks; inspects fire doors and related systems.
• Reads blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete assignments.
