CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities in the Wichita Falls area. You will support building systems, assist with installations, and review work orders to estimate time and materials.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are important for success.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education considered.
• Meet the physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and ability to lift/carry 50 lbs+.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills: calculate simple figures (percentages, discounts, markups).

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate time and materials; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use communication skills to respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks described in detail.
• Deliver output by following procedures under close supervision and guidance.
